2. Service Description

Phio Lab is a visual content generation platform for social media using artificial intelligence. The service allows you to create images, carousels, and edit visual content based on custom styles.

3. AI-Generated Content

Images and content generated by Phio Lab are created by artificial intelligence models. The user is responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. Phio Lab is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content generated by AI.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Service usage is based on a credit system.
  • Credits are consumed with each image generation.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renewed automatically.
  • Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
  • Refunds follow each plan's policy and applicable legislation.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your account and access credentials.
  • Do not use the service to generate illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent system limitations or access unauthorized resources.
  • Respect usage limits of your contracted plan.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to content they create using Phio Lab, including prompts and instructions provided. The platform, its code, design, and brand are the property of Phio Lab.

7. Limitation of Liability

Phio Lab is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or specific results. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Users may terminate their account at any time through settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
